The Director of Southern Food Safety is Kerry Wright, who operates throughout New Zealand from a Christchurch base.
Prior to setting up Southern Food Safety, Kerry's initial work experience was in the seafood industry. This was followed by technical support and consultancy roles in food safety and compliance in the seafood, meat and manufactured food industries. Kerry has experience and expertise in the following areas:

Kerry holds a BSc (Hons) from Canterbury University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Nutrition from Lincoln College and a MSc from Massey University. She is a MPI recognized Risk Management Programme Evaluator.
